Because your Customer Experience is our #1 focus, and anything that potentially tarnishes our brand in your eyes, just isn’t worth it. Complete customer trust is our goal, and you’ll see that in our product quality, customer service, and turn-around time.
How can we do that? Well for starters, we don’t sell crap. Everything we sell is either designed by us to be used by us, or purchased from manufacturers that we trust and have personally tested. We’re here for the long-run, so our products need to reflect that. In many cases, you’ll probably be handing down the gear you bought from us to your grandkids.

We won’t stand on our laurels, even on products that we already consider at the top of their game. We understand that no matter how hard we try, we probably missed something on the first go-around. For that reason, in addition to focusing on launching high-quality products from the start, every product that we design and sell is part of a Continuous Improvement Program (CIP) starting from Day One. We record every single comment and suggestion made by our customers on how to improve the products we sell, and every six months (if not sooner) we go through each of those suggestions, discuss ways to integrate those suggestions into the product, and manufacturer the new version with those added benefits included.
