The Titan Survival 3-Pack Ferro Rods in 1/2" X 5.5" add value to the woodland kits I'm building for my grandkids. I set up different kids with different kits, and these rods are the best fire starting tool I've found in 60 years as a woods runner. Far superior to the glued-together 1" X 3" magnesium block + small ferro rod (Doans, Coughlin, other) that was all we had in the 1960's. Showers of sparks with any sharp striker, including shattered rocks. Using a Dremel-tool squared spine of a knife or a steel "credit card" survival tool results in easy ignition even for the younger kids. Predrilled rods make adding handling loops and lashing options easy for any kit I come up with. Delivered in timely fashion and with protective packaging in the form of a plastic "test tube" container. (Note: The container tube alone has multiple uses in any woodland kit.) Highly recommended tools offered at a price that is an outstanding value.

Tried to find HK clips for 1 1/4 inch slings, found them. These are good quality and reasonably priced. Using for sling on a Hellion

I have made 2 purchases of the survival cord. One for myself and one for my grandson, who does a lot of outdoor activities here in Idaho excellent product will probably purchase again for some more relatives around Christmas time.

Continue the good work and make some in different colors ... I'll buy them! The item looks just like displayed picture. Just ine worry is that it comes with a extra cylinder screw, i worry they fall out easily.
